Bainbridge Island wedding at The Manor House by destination photographer, JMGant Photography - Lehneah and Graham

You hear the cliché often: beautiful on the inside and outside. And yet, when it fits, it fits. For Lehneah and Graham, that’s exactly the description most fitting. From dawn to dusk, they exhumed love, kindness, acceptance, talent, creativity, and, of course, beauty. And so, consequently, did their day.

It began as the pacific sun crept through the glass at The Manor House on Bainbridge Island. Lehneah, surrounded by her friends and family, listened contentedly to the sounds of laughter, baby giggles, and chatter as she and her bridesmaids prepared for the day, sipping on Flow and reminiscing.

Just a few doors down, Graham and his groomsmen enjoyed the morning with good music, getting cleaned up and pressed, not a worry in the world. Little did Graham know what Lehneah was cooking up for him for their first look. Humor is an important part of their relationship, and a wedding day is no exception. Lehneah asked some of the groomsmen to sacrifice their pride and give him a first look to remember.

Of course, the real thing was to follow. Lehneah looked breathtaking in her dress (perfectly tailored by the mother of the bride) as she walked through the trees and ferns to meet Graham. They shared the moment with deep breaths and full hearts before heading back down to prepare for the ceremony.

The guests entered with wide smiles as they looked at the beautiful signs and sayings that greeted them. Lehneah and her family had created ornate signs with meaningful messages and placed them around the venue to remind their guests about love and life.

The ceremony was beautifully officiated, and Lehneah and Graham shared vows full of sincerity and dedication. Then, as a token to their fun-loving relationship, and the kick-off to their fun-filled evening, they were bonded together by not just the authority of the State of Washington but the Church of the Spaghetti Monster as well. The guests laughed from that point until the end of the night almost without ceasing.

Graham and Lehneah opened the dance floor, and guests enjoyed great food and drink, while the couple snuck away for a quick walk down the pier. The sun was setting, and the water rippled as they held each other and let it all sink in.

When they came back, it was time for cake-cutting, a little more dancing, and then a raucous party in the woods with good friends and family.

Graham and Lehneah, you are beautiful inside and out. Congratulations on taking this step and walking through life together!
