Hard work, Hard drinks, Hard Rock. When Jake and Katie go for something, they put their all into it and live it to its fullest. They work hard and they party hard. And that attitude showed through brilliantly during their Hard Rock Resort, Riviera Maya, Mexico wedding.

The day started with love and laughter for both of them, surrounded by their best friends and closest family members as they prepared for a day full of adventura y amor.

As soon as they were dressed and pressed, the couple slipped away from the group for some time alone to enjoy the ocean view during their first look.

Once the rest of the crew was gathered and ready, Jake and Katie joined them for some epic wedding party photos.

espite the wedding party being rambunctious and full of life, they finished with enough time to slip off again for a walk through the gardens and jungle before the ceremony. 

And what a beautiful ceremony it was.

The cocktail hour came next. Set against the beautiful ocean backdrop amidst perfect temperatures and amazing food and music, all the guests enjoyed talking and laughing as they celebrated everything that is Jake and Katie and their amazing family.

Both Jake and Katie showed their true colors as they took the next turn of events like champs. Ocean weather never cooperates and that was certainly true of their wedding day. Though they had planned a long night of partying on the beach, the torrential rain had a different plan. But Jake and Katie didn't skip a beat. The party would go on rain or shine. They made a quick decision, got everything moved inside, and partied harder than ever on the disco-lighted dance floor in the Hard Rock Conference Center.

They even decided to play in the rain.

The party went well into the night, all smiles and laughter and the kind of passion that only comes with true love.
